I’m currently using a print-on-demand service called Prinful to print and fulfill all of my shop’s orders. They are fantastic! Their printed canvases are a way to get accessibly priced high-quality recreations of my work, and the other products they offer are all pretty stellar quality. Using Printful makes my life infinitely easier, but sometimes there’s a bit of a disconnect on the level of customer service they can offer. They always offer refunds if items are damaged or mis-printed, but because each item is printed on demand, they don’t offer a way to provide returns or exchanges. That’s why I want to be super up front with this FAQ page and answer any questions you might have. If there is anything not addressed here, please feel free to send me an email with your question and I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  
International: 5-15 business days

Please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with me at steviehuesart@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at steviehuesart@gmail.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the  damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

So sorry if the product you ordered didn’t fit. As stated above, Printful doesn’t offer returns or exchanges since each item is printed to order. If you think the fit is off because of an error with the product, send me an email at StevieHuesArt@gmail.com and I’ll see what I can do to make it right.
