THE RUNNING WELL STORE

Kansas City, MO

Designed this mural, titled “Soaring through KC” to bring some extra attention to The Running Well Store’s opening of their fourth location! We wanted to honor all of the beautiful icons of Kansas City that the community of TRWS sees as they run through the city. Was honored to paint for this small business who has built such a beautiful community in KC.

DOUGH JOY

Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA

I collated with Dough Joy donuts to bring a new sweet and tasty mural to their Capitol Hill location! The owners wanted visitors to know that their shop is a safe space for all people and to honor the current and ongoing fight for equality. After the mural was complete, the owners loved the mural so much that I created a simplified digital version of the mural illustration that they could use to wrap their mobile trailer and new boxes.

BEVERLY CENTER

West Hollywood, CA

For the grand reopening of Beverly Center I created a piece with interactive iconography and imagery that represents the culture of central Los Angelesr. I wanted to represent the constant flow of different people who visit Beverly Center and for from honor the skate and beach culture of west LA, while also playing with iconic symbols of the film and music industries.

NEW PROFANITY

West Hollywood, CA

New Profanity is a staple shop of West Hollywood offering unapologetic goods from local artists, but when the pandemic hit in 2020, they were forced to close their physical space for over a year. When they re-opened on Santa Monica Blvd, I was honored that they asked me to create a storefront mural. Keeping the iconic yellow, black and pink that New Profanity was known for, we used the unique shape of the building to create a one-of-a-kind sign and painting that you CAN’T MISS. If you’re ever in LA, go check it out and shop their store to support local artists!

WELCOME WALL + CAFE

Los Angeles, CA

I was commissioned to create feature walls for HelloTech’s main entrance and cafe. The welcome wall is an abstraction of a pile of electric cables made to give a nod to the Pacific ocean and LA beach culture. The cafe holds a collection of foods and kitchen items intertwined and hidden throughout the wall.

GREENFIRE CAMPUS ENTRY

Ballard, Seattle, WA

Greenfire Campus offers modern sustainable living in the heart of Ballard. They invited me to create a piece on this 15ft tall wall in their entry space. I layered wavy vine-like lines in different shades of green over an abstraction of blues meant to represent the revitalizing seattle rain.

LIVE PAINTING AT ASSEMBLY OFF-SITE

Citizen Cafe in Seattle, WA

The Assembly team invited me to create a live painting during their team off-site event. Since the event’s theme was all about teamwork, I invited event guests to paint with me and contribute to the piece. Together we created a beautiful piece of art focused on embracing improvisation and collaboration that was then used as a photo backdrop for the remainder of the event.
