I’m currently using a print-on-demand service called Prinful to print and fulfill all of my shop’s orders. They are fantastic! Their printed canvases are a way to get accessibly priced high-quality recreations of my work, and the other products they offer are all pretty stellar quality. Using Printful makes my life infinitely easier, but sometimes there’s a bit of a disconnect on the level of customer service they can offer. They always offer refunds if items are damaged or mis-printed, but because each item is printed on demand, they don’t offer a way to provide returns or exchanges. That’s why I want to be super up front with this FAQ page and answer any questions you might have.
